We invite current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Portland Medical Center. This program provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
Our RN Residency with Providence St Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. You will learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.
Program Highlights:
- Structured curriculum and simulation-based learning
- Authentic patient experience under the guidance of preceptors
- Opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience
- Foundation and support for becoming an expert in your specialty
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
