- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development, including training in online and hybrid learning, to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.
- Departmental Contributions: Contribute to the development of course standards and participate in departmental meetings to ensure alignment with college goals and objectives.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical healthcare setting.
- Licensure and Certification: Valid License and/or certification as a Medical Assistant, CNA, or other related healthcare professional.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
- Teaching Experience: Two-Five years of teaching experience in an Allied Health Profession is preferred.
- Community College Experience: Experience teaching at a community college is preferred.
