Senior Sales Consultant

At Ascensus, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the retirement plan industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the retirement plan industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with financial advisors and plan sponsors, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the retirement plan industry
- Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors and plan sponsors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and business development in the retirement plan industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong knowledge of the retirement plan industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
