You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with financial advisors and plan sponsors, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the retirement plan industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors and plan sponsors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and business development in the retirement plan industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of the retirement plan industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
