Key Responsibilities- Perform Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Duties: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake and tire work, to ensure our vehicles are safe and reliable.
- Diagnose and Repair Mechanical Issues: Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair mechanical problems, ensuring our vehicles are back on the road quickly.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain our vehicles to prevent mechanical issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Interact with Customers and Drivers: Provide excellent customer service, listening to their concerns and addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Vocational or Technical Certification: A vocational or technical certification in a related field, such as automotive repair, is preferred.
- Basic Tools and Equipment: You will need to have basic tools and equipment, such as a set of wrenches and a tire pressure gauge.
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL): A valid CDL is required for this role, and you must be able to obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire.
