Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Custom Silicon Engineering team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of custom silicon designs for our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the full silicon development cycle from initial concept to mass production, ensuring timely delivery and high quality results.
  • Represent Apple in front of custom silicon vendors, building and maintaining strategic relationships to influence prioritization and issue resolution.
  • Use your technical knowledge and program management skills to drive silicon program schedules, resolve technical issues, and communicate status and next steps to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forge strategic relationships with internal and external leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, drive design teams to meet commitments, and unblock technical issues using data-driven decisions.
  • Travel frequently to vendor sites, as needed, to supervise and follow up on issues and escalations.
Requirements
  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in SoC Design Flow, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal design flow.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of technical program or project management experience, experience with vendor relationships, influencing external decision making, and prioritization, as well as passion for driving continuous improvements in flows, communication, and organization.
