CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our CPU team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving post-silicon planning, bring-up, and debug activities for our groundbreaking CPU designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans to ensure timely and efficient product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve silicon issues and drive debug activities.
  • Coordinate and prioritize debug tasks, experiments, and action items to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Supervise and manage issues and bugs across multiple projects, working closely with software, system, and other teams to resolve them.
  • Communicate program risks and status to multifunctional and executive forums.
  • Manage materials, including parts and boards, to support debug and validation activities.
Requirements:
  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in silicon development, design, verification, implementation, physical design, DFT, or validation.
  • Proven technical leadership and/or project management experience.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and lead through influence.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced programs with multiple priorities and constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPU development experience.
  • Experience in debug of CPU logic and circuit failures.
  • Knowledge of CPU microarchitecture and validation tools.
