Your Role:

As a Lead Educator, you will establish and manage a model classroom. Collaborating with your team, you will engage with families to address each child's unique needs, fostering a strong sense of community within your classroom. Upon joining, you will receive specialized, in-house training from a Montessori expert in early childhood education.

We'd Love to Connect If You:

  • Meet Teacher Qualification standards per Illinois DCFS with 6 ECE units and 60 college units or equivalent experience
  • Are interested in obtaining Montessori certification for the 0-3 age group and are familiar with child-led educational philosophies
