Lead a Model Infant Classroom

We're seeking a dedicated Montessori-trained teacher to join our founding team and create a high-quality infant classroom. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing a model infant program that showcases authentic Montessori principles.

Requirements
  • Montessori Diploma or Equivalent: A Montessori diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Experience with Infants: Proven experience working with infants in a group setting, such as daycare or nursery.
  • Child Development Expertise: A strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and guide them in turn.
  • Parent Partnership: Willingness to partner with parents on their child's journey.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to take pride in your work and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Error Tolerance: Friendly with error and able to learn from mistakes.
