  • Provide leadership, management, and effective communication to both customers and employees, while meeting operational and financial objectives.
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard warehouse operation and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Control inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts; reconciling with WMS.
  • Manage warehouse staff by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Requirements:
