Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Instructional Faculty member to join our Associate Degree Registered Nursing Program. This full-time, 9-month role focuses on delivering high-quality education in both clinical lab settings and classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in both on-ground and online teaching, utilizing a learner-centered approach.
- Implement active learning strategies and integrate technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Participate in college-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall academic community.
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues, staff, and students.

Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience.
- Current, unrestricted licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.
