Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our services and medical doctors: Develop and implement plans to promote our services and medical doctors to the community, including presentations at senior centers, retail locations, and community events.
- Build relationships with the community: Proactively identify and maintain excellent relationships with members of the community, including seniors and their families, to promote our services and medical doctors.
- Drive individual and organizational growth goals: Work with the Engagement and Retention department to develop and implement plans to achieve individual and organizational growth goals.
- Enrollment and data entry: Complete Humanitary Medical Center's enrollment packet for participants and enter sales information and data into MDVITA in a timely and accurate manner.
- Presentation and communication skills: Conduct presentations for small and large groups, and communicate effectively with the community, including seniors and their families.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Must be able to communicate in Spanish and English.
- Experience in community education and sales/marketing: Minimum of 2 years experience in planning and implementing community education programs and sales/marketing, including working with the public in diverse communities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills: Excellent customer service, reading, and writing skills, as well as Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Valid Florida license and reliable vehicle: Valid Florida license and reliable vehicle for travel to community events and meetings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Working Environment:
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stand, sit, or walk as needed.
