Job Title: Reimbursement Case Manager

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Reimbursement Case Manager to join our team. As a Reimbursement Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing reimbursement cases for specialty products and devices, identifying alternative funding options, and providing clinical services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and advocating for patient needs.
  • Manage case loads, collecting and reviewing patient information, and providing guidance on program applications and enrollment activities.
  • Perform reimbursement-related activities, such as benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals.
  • Provide reimbursement information to providers and patients, and coordinate with inter-departmental associates as needed.
  • Exercise judgment within defined standard operating procedures to determine appropriate action, and maintain frequent phone contact with patients, provider representatives, and pharmacy staff.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, or healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient keyboard skills, with competency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy benefits.
What We Offer:

CornerStone Staffing offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $23.00, with a flexible 8-hour shift schedule Monday-Friday between 7am - 7pm CST / 8am - 8pm EST. We also offer a fully remote work environment, with equipment provided.

Candidates must reside in Texas, Florida, or North Carolina to be considered for this role.
