About the Role

As a Clinical Research Finance Coordinator I, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of our clinical trials. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop accurate clinical trial budgets for industry, National Institutes of Health (NIH), and investigator-initiated research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate research protocols to assess resource needs for research procedures, clinical research staff time, investigator time, and costs from ancillary departments.
  • Develop and manage clinical trial budgets, including cost allocation, negotiation, and monitoring accounts and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with investigators, ancillary departments, and sponsors to ensure timely and accurate budget submissions and payments.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and local regulations, including those related to sponsored research and patient billing.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in billing, accounting, finance, budgeting, or a related field.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $71,760.00 - $90,900.00.
