About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator II to join our team at The Lundquist Institute. As a key member of our Medical-Financial Partnership Program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our initiatives. Your expertise in clinical social work and program management will be essential in developing and implementing effective strategies to address the complex needs of patients and families.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and facilitate services delivered by the Medical-Financial Partnership Program in prenatal, perinatal, pediatric, and family medicine care settings. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to promote trust-based parent-provider relationships, parenting capacity of parents, and secure attachments in children. In addition, you will provide direct clinical support for the Medical-Financial Partnership program, educating and supervising social work interns/resilience coaches, and participating in multi-disciplinary team conferences to discuss client progress and develop care plans.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare and social services, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your expertise in program development, management, and evaluation will be crucial in driving the success of our Medical-Financial Partnership Program. We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $90,000-$108,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
