TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Liaison/Automotive Quality Representative to join our team.

This is a key role for the success of our Quality Resident Engineering business, and we are looking for a highly skilled individual to accomplish the following objectives:

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction - Provide technical support to customers, resolve quality issues, and promote the contracted customer's reputation.
  • Build Strong Relationships - Establish a tight and solid professional relationship with customers at the plant level.
  • Represent the Customer - Be identified as the contracted customer's representative, qualified to deal with customer production issues, and maintain customer credibility through fulfilled commitments.
  • Facilitate Communication - Ensure an open and straight communication line between OEM and the contracted customer.
  • Suggest Improvements - Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes to both OEM and contracted customers.
  • Analyze and Resolve Issues - Analyze problems at OEM's facility, find solutions, and inform affected production plants to take corrective actions.
  • Provide Feedback - Provide continuous feedback to customers about the status and evolution of existing claims.
  • Participate in Meetings - Participate in customer meetings as required.
  • Seek Feedback - Seek continuous feedback from customers about our product and service.
  • Audit Customer Processes - Regularly audit how customers handle our products.
  • Stay Up-to-Date - Keep yourself trained and updated on technical and quality-related specifics and business topics.
  • Monitor Competitors - Be aware of and transmit to your TRIGO Resident Liaison Manager any project or initiative taken by our competitors.
  • Report Progress - Report on a regular basis to the dedicated contracted partner's team or contact partner.
  • Support Launches - Participate in prototype, pre-serial builds, or line trials, launch support, and engineering changes at Customer as needed.
  • Internal and External Reporting - Report to the TRIGO Country Resident Manager internally and to the defined contacts externally.
  • Technical Support - Provide technical support to customers concerning technical changes and technical support.
  • Represent the Contracted Partner - Represent the contracted partner and the interest of the customer.
  • Coordinate Repair and Sorting - Coordinate repair and/or sorting activities on site, starting any sorting or rework activity only based on written confirmation by the contracted client.
