Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Assistant to join our team at Integrated Foot and Ankle Specialists. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our podiatrists in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with patient care, including taking medical histories, performing routine procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a podiatry or primary care environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive patient information.
