Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment and components.
  • Use a variety of tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of related work experience in building repairs, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills.
  • Knowledge of building elements and codes, as well as safety rules and procedures.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage information effectively.
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
