Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including visual inspections and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to resolve complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Operate cutting torches and welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment efficiency.
- Work independently and be self-motivated, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or repair, preferably in a food processing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to cold storage temperatures.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
