Mobile Mental Health Clinician

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Mobile Mental Health Team. As a Per Diem clinician, you will provide on-base and on-call services to support the Ulster County community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement safety plans and provide follow-up support until linkage to outpatient services is in place
- Assess the needs of each individual served and intervene as appropriate to the situation
- Coordinate outreach services, service planning, and administrative backup as needed
- Work in compliance with MMHT, agency, and regulatory procedural guidelines
**Requirements:**
- Professional license required (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Flexibility
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
