About Us:

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that concession stands and work areas, along with all related equipment, are maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sweep and mop floors regularly to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
2. Operate large-scale cleaning equipment, including dishwashers and trash compactors.
3. Clean work surfaces, walls, and food preparation areas as assigned.
4. Segregate and dispose of waste properly in designated containers.
5. Steam clean or wash out garbage receptacles as needed.
6. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
7. Transfer supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas.
8. Assist with the setup of banquet tables and front-of-house arrangements as required.
9. Help with the loading, unloading, and delivery of supplies and products.
10. Distribute supplies and equipment as necessary.
11. Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
