Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage budgets for assigned centers, ensuring alignment with company targets and goals.
  • Lead the clinical team in assessing and supporting clients and staff within the center, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring they meet competency requirements and are following responsibilities as outlined in their individual work performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, implementing clinical priorities and direction for centers in the region.
  • Act as a clinical resource for centers, providing peer review, case conceptualization/formulation, and research review.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and licensure; Ph.D. preferred.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst for at least 5 years.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams to provide services to children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Experience reviewing budgets and monitoring operational and clinical data.
  • Demonstrated intelligence and poise with excellent verbal, written, and live presentation communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively across stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of best practices for working with children with autism, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines, state regulations, and payer specifications.
