CNC Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Swift Placement & Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing maintenance and repair assistance to customers on location or by telephone
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- Developing and preparing reports on service-related activities
- Assisting customers with installation and maintenance of newer product lines
- Establishing and building strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in CNC machine tool maintenance and repair
- Experience working with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens and controls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence diagrams
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to various hazards. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to work at heights, lift up to 50lbs, and operate power equipment.
