Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is a leading beverage manufacturer dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Springdale, Arkansas location.

Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled, documenting actions taken within required time frames.
  • Respond to emergency and unscheduled repairs, creating work orders to perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
  • Perform skilled repair services and installations of equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical functions.
  • Attend to facility maintenance service calls, diagnose repair, and correct problems following acceptable practices.
  • Identify and communicate improvements needed on equipment and facilities.
  • Order parts as necessary and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with operations staff on daily operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Ability to direct, coach, and train others.
  • Consultative, influential, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a production setting. The employee must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and/or crouch. The ability to push/pull, lift up to 50 pounds, and use hands and fingers to operate machinery and equipment is also required. The employee may be exposed to wet and humid conditions, fluctuations in ambient temperature, and exposure to toxic and corrosive chemicals.
