**Job Summary:**

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's professional image and reputation while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform field service, maintenance, and repair on air compressors and related compressed air equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of compressed air equipment.

• Travel to job sites in our service area and work with our Service Coordinator to ensure schedules are maintained and any delays are properly communicated to customers.

• Document all installed equipment upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, type of equipment, and take photos as necessary.

• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts as needed, and calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations.

• Participate in and seek out training opportunities, including yearly courses required to maintain Kaeser service certifications.

• Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business, such as new unit/system sales, preventative maintenance contracts, and additional services.
