Job Summary

The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ethics Case Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Ethics Department, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of all case submissions, ensuring that our certification and eligibility processes are fair and transparent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and processing of case submissions, including file creation and documentation
  • Conducting internal and external searches for case information, adhering to BACB ethics guidelines
  • Corresponding with applicants and certificants regarding case queries, deadlines, and determinations
  • Preparing case summaries, support documents, and memoranda
  • Collaborating with the Ethics Review Specialist to track and maintain case processing information
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a business support role
  • Ability to complete NCIT certification within the first year of employment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
