About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the upcoming school year.

This full-time position involves working with elementary school students to support their speech and language development under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Responsibilities
  • Implementing speech and language therapy plans.
  • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress.
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents to support student needs.
Qualifications
  • A valid SLPA license in Texas.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000.00, based on national averages for similar positions in the Houston, TX area.
