Position Overview

The T-Mobile Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering a premier customer service experience that embodies the un-carrier philosophy. This position is focused on achieving results while ensuring that customers feel valued and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Calculate sales totals, process transactions, and manage payment procedures.
  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions, sales, and security protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and records.

Work Environment

Position Type and Work Schedule

This is a non-exempt hourly role, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.

  • Familiarity with cellular technology and advanced wireless communication is preferred.
  • Successful completion of company training programs is necessary.
