Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate parts by wiring and assembling panels, adhering to schematics, wiring diagrams, and industry standards.
- Drill, tap, crimp, torque, and route wires and components with precision and accuracy.
- Verify work and troubleshoot problems as they arise, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Work independently or collaboratively with a team to achieve production goals.
- Train others as needed to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Report non-conformances to area lead or supervisor, maintaining a culture of quality and excellence.
- Utilize safe, quality practices and systems to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Record time for jobs and maintain accurate records.
- Cross-train and learn other functions in manufacturing to enhance versatility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with hours TBD.
- Must be legally able to work in the US.
- Must furnish a valid Driver's License and clean MVR.
- May be subject to successful completion of pre-employment background screening.
