Electronic Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electronic First Responder to join our team at American Alarm & Communications, Inc. in Arlington, Massachusetts.
As an Electronic First Responder, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, fire alarms, medical alert systems, video surveillance and other networked systems for homes and businesses across New England.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to routine signals and priority alarms by reaching out to property owners or dispatching police and firefighters when needed
- Provide direct customer service, including technical assistance to help customers troubleshoot issues
