Demonstrate tact, courtesy, and sound judgment when interacting with customers in all scenarios. Be familiar with and proficient in operating the cash register, processing payments, and using relevant equipment.
Exhibit the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and possess comprehensive knowledge to articulate the menu and accompanying items.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Customer engagement
Answering phone inquiries
Manage cash register operations and handle cash transactions
Assist customers with inquiries
Support takeout orders
Facilitate curbside service
Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area
Contribute to overall restaurant hygiene
Assist in food preparation, including desserts and beverages
Ensure customer satisfaction
Address customer complaints promptly, courteously, and discreetly
Perform additional tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor
UNIFORM CODE
Present yourself in a tidy, professional manner (clean uniform for each shift, well-groomed appearance, good personal hygiene, no gum chewing while on duty, etc.)
