Membership Experience Director

We are seeking a Membership Experience Director to lead our Membership Concierge Team in delivering exceptional experiences for all club members and guests.
About the Role- Lead a high-performing team to achieve excellent service standards, exceeding member expectations.
- Develop and maintain a positive departmental culture promoting excellence in concierge, membership, retail, instructor-led programs, and overall member experience.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing leadership roles, preferably in a fitness or leisure industry setting.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve high performance standards, driving engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $ $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, plus an array of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
LocationThis role is based at one of our state-of-the-art Life Time locations. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to world-class facilities, equipment, and amenities, as well as ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
