Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Supervise daily operations of the distribution center and manufacturing site to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess and analyze operational performance indicators such as throughput, cycle times, inventory levels, and resource allocation.
  • Process Optimization: Initiate and execute process enhancements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and mitigate operational risks.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory oversight.
  • Guarantee timely receipt and shipment of products, optimizing logistics frameworks to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to refine operations and uphold service agreements.

Inventory Management:

  • Direct inventory planning, accuracy, and reconciliation efforts.
  • Establish inventory control protocols to minimize discrepancies and ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Conduct routine audits and cycle counts to uphold inventory precision.

Quality Control:

  • Formulate and enforce quality assurance standards for incoming materials and finished goods.
  • Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to swiftly address and resolve quality concerns.

Leadership and Development:

  • Guide and inspire a team of operations supervisors and coordinators.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to empower team members to excel.

Financial Oversight:

  • Work alongside finance to formulate and manage operational budgets.
