In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across our comprehensive range of fencing, security, and outdoor living solutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing and potential customers through face-to-face interactions, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
While the majority of your time will be dedicated to meeting with clients in the field, you'll also contribute to branch operations by handling outbound calls, creating quotes and orders, assisting customers, and completing administrative tasks.

- Sales Performance: Lead sales activities to maximize revenue growth, margin targets, market share, and overall company objectives. Demonstrate strong business acumen and a commitment to achieving results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions and relationship-building initiatives. - Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales role.
- Proficiency in internet research and the ability to utilize software for creating presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets.
- A successful track record of selling within the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores is highly preferred.
- Experience in the fence or building materials sector is desirable.
- Ability to travel overnight as required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities, with a strong closing rate.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
