Key Responsibilities

  • Support the District Manager in managing regional activities and customer relationships.
  • Assist in acquiring and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure high standards in cleanliness, merchandise presentation, staff training, and customer service.
  • Schedule service jobs for Field Service Technicians to meet KPIs like service efficiency and technician utilization.
  • Ensure timely billing and upload invoices to customer systems.
  • Help regional-based locations achieve sales, financial targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee safety audits, employee training, and compliance with OSHA and D.O.T. regulations.
  • Promote excellent customer service and implement process improvements focused on safety, financial performance, and operations.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • People management skills.
  • Associate degree.
  • Technical, industrial, or mechanical manufacturing experience.
  • Written and spoken language proficiency.
  • Excel experience.
