Seasonal Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Seasonal Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at StockX. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Review quality issues with products and utilize appropriate escalation paths
- Accurately log data in Warehouse Management System (WMS) for movement of product
- Document quality issues with the product and communicate with Operations, Customer Service and Customers
- Identify, communicate and execute process improvements
- Communication within operations team members on quality concerns and corrective actions
- Support the quality assurance process and procedures across operations
- Identify opportunities to continue to improve the efficiency of operations
- Regularly check for trouble product around the Verification Center and bring to Quality Assurance department to process
- Help train and develop new team members in the Verification Center
- Support other departments (Inbound, Outbound for example) within the Verification Center
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of patience and comfort performing repetitive tasks requiring a high degree of focus
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the Operations team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must
- Sense of urgency to perform tasks at or above the outlines productivity targets and to timelines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills
- 0-3 years of experience in assessing value and risk of footwear, streetwear, and collectibles (including but not limited to textiles, electronics, energy categories)
- Fashion retail background
- The Verification Center is a warehouse environment with working conditions found in a typical warehouse setting. Closed toed and closed heel shoes are required. Team members in this environment will be required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot more than 75% of the time.
- May push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (or 23kg); on occasion a team-lift of up to 100 pounds (or 45kg) and may be required to bend, twist, kneel and squat regularly.
- This role may require you to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like on a frequent basis depending on site location.
Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary is $18.00/hr plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
