Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for driving financial processes, building and maintaining financial models, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategic finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models from scratch.
  • Experience driving and executing on financial processes.
  • Experience with financial accounting and financial reporting.
  • Sound business judgment and ability to bring clarity through financial insights.
