LPN Career Overview

Responsibilities:

As an LPN at Trilogy, you'll contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses. You'll administer medications, perform routine lab tests, and educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans. You'll also identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe and take corrective action as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date, a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license obtained prior to hire date, and a high school diploma or GED.
