Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lutheran Life Villages. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care and support to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
* Minimum of two years' experience in long-term care setting with charge or assistant charge responsibilities.
* Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer experience preferred.
