Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of group insurance terms, provisions, and administration.
- Licenses: Must obtain and maintain the Group Life & Health license.
- Education: 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.
- Competitive Compensation: The annualized base pay range for this role is $64,480 - $96,720.

This role can have a hybrid or remote work arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) in one of our offices. Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
