Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, including identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of group insurance terms, provisions, and administration.
  • Licenses: Must obtain and maintain the Group Life & Health license.
  • Education: 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.

Work Arrangement

This role can have a hybrid or remote work arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) in one of our offices. Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
