Job Summary

Bottega Veneta is seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Houston Galleria. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, developing new clients, and informing all clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients
  • Effectively utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients and maintain client profile records
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections and assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain a fair and respectful work environment

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service related field, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Builds and maintains a loyal client following and has a genuine interest in fashion and follows industry trends/news
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication and maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times
