Job Title: Environmental Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at 7G Environmental Compliance Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental compliance, regulatory knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' petroleum storage tank systems and related facilities comply with state Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) regulations according to Federal EPA guidelines. This role requires working outside in all reasonable weather conditions, frequently lifting and moving 50-100 pounds, and regularly using hands to touch, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, smell, and hear.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect petroleum storage tank systems and related facilities
  • Obtain required documents to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Become an expert on state UST and AST regulations
  • Gather and organize information using designated software platforms
  • Report any potentially unsafe conditions

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-6 months of related experience
  • Experience using Apple/MAC devices, iOS operating system, and Google suite
  • Valid driver's license and driving history that allows insurability
