Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sterilization Expert to join our team as a Compliance Specialist at Fresenius Medical Care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our sterilization process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterilization operations, with experience in coordinating cart loading, bag counting, and verifying loading patterns.

The successful candidate will work closely with department personnel to coordinate lot-related issues, stage sterilizer carts, operate automated cart loaders, start and monitor sterilizer cycles, and perform various sampling procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate cart loading operations and verify loading patterns
  • Stage sterilizer carts and prepare them for processing
  • Operate automated cart loaders and start sterilizer cycles
  • Perform sampling procedures to ensure quality and purity
  • Plan sterilization schedules to avoid expiration times
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in sterilization operations or a related field
  • A high school diploma; an associate's degree is desirable
  • The ability to meet Fresenius' minimum vision requirements for product inspection
