Position Summary:
Support the maintenance team in the restoration and upkeep of amusement rides and attractions. Execute welding tasks as necessary, create components, and utilize various tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform welding tasks according to specified designs.
2. Interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and welding guidelines.
3. Execute welding in various positions: flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
4. Prepare components for restoration.
5. Operate welding machinery and tools as needed.
6. Work at elevated heights, including using aerial lifts, crane baskets, and catwalks.
7. Understand and apply common non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
8. Maintain precise records of repairs and inspections, including parts and labor hours.
9. Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Membership in the Laborers Union is required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Ability to work at heights, including from various elevated platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in electronic, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
- Mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.
- Capability to follow manufacturer manuals and blueprints.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass mandatory drug testing in accordance with company policy.
- Background checks may be conducted for candidates 18 years and older, covering credit, criminal history, previous employment, education, and personal references.
