Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team in the Twin Cities. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in educating and informing homeowners about their entitlements through storm damage as it relates to roofing, siding, and gutter projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property.
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales/networking.
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners.
  • Educate customers on the industry, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Methodically manage your sales pipeline via our CRM.
  • Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Follow AmeriPro's Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience.
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Industry knowledge a plus.
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform.
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
  • Dedication to personal career development.
  • Valid Driver's license (21 years of age or older).

AmeriPro Roofing offers a competitive compensation package, including performance-based pay, commission on approved sales, vehicle allowance, quarterly bonus, full insurance benefits, 401K with 4% employer match, company-paid trips, office support staff, training and development program, and W-2 position with no project management.
