Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to join our team at Squeeze Massage. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and friendly welcomes to guests
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain the front-of-house and guest lounge areas to Squeeze standards
  • Assist guests with downloading our app, setting up their account, booking appointments, and completing their appointment

Requirements:

  • 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Zendesk preferred
