Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Greeter to join our team at Bristal Assisted Living. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents, their families, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer and redirect incoming calls with professionalism and positivity, take accurate phone messages, and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet all visitors warmly and complete information cards on inquiries, respond to resident, guest, and team member inquiries in a polite and timely fashion.
  • Emergency Response: Ensure all emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate front desk sign in/sign out logs, perform basic computer data entry as needed.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident speaking voice, both in person and over the phone, strong but patient and pleasant communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Cheerful, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor, must be alert and attentive to details, situations, and emergencies.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred.
  • Language Skills: Able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in written communications.
  • Teamwork: Must be respectful and polite to residents, guests, and fellow team members, must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Additional Requirements

New Jersey locations: Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal accommodations.
