Talent Acquisition Role

At Dexian, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an Associate Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include staffing the business with quality hires, providing strategic talent acquisition solutions, and proactive pipelining for future needs.

Key Responsibilities


Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.


Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance on talent acquisition processes, controls, and policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Source and pipeline qualified candidates through various channels, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition to identify top talent.


Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, soliciting feedback to refine our talent acquisition strategy.


Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.


Demonstrate a deep understanding of talent acquisition needs by participating in client meetings, staying aware of changes within the business, and acting as a subject matter expert for areas of talent acquisition responsibility.


Provide a positive candidate experience through frequent and timely communication throughout the talent acquisition process, sharing manager feedback and appropriately dispositioning all candidates.


Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and advantages of employment at Dexian, selling both the firm and the opportunity.


Conduct compensation expectation conversations with hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.


Take ownership of the Affirmative Action Plan, understanding diversity goals and providing education to hiring managers to ensure a diverse candidate slate.


Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs, utilizing your expertise in talent acquisition to inform business decisions.


Utilize the complete functionality of our applicant tracking system, maintaining data integrity and controls to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Requirements


Bachelor's degree required


3-7 years of experience in full life cycle Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced Banking or Corporate environment, or Talent Acquisition agency


Experience with Oracle workflow system


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines and priorities, with high attention to detail


Possess a controls mindset, understanding employment laws and regulations


Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills, coupled with business acumen


Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information


Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
