About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are in accordance with OmniOn Power policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Project Manager and drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction at all stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
  • Provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
  • Define, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management.
  • Ensure the project follows execution best practices and OmniOn Power policies.
  • Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resolution.
  • Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the project.
  • Ensure project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
  • Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and its acknowledgement by the customer.
  • Ensure projects consistently apply contract and claims management, in accordance with OmniOn Power policies and contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procure required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external suppliers.
  • Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes.
  • Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • BS/BA from an accredited university.
  • Three years' experience in Project Management or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with varying levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of MS project and SAP.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with good diplomatic negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers & vendors.
