As a leading installer of heat pumps in the Northeast, we are committed to providing exceptional service and quality. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Retail Sales or Customer Service, along with strong communication abilities and basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and assistance.
  • Facilitate and support various sales functions, including handling initial inquiries, generating leads, and preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with clients to explore suitable financing options for their projects.
  • Engage with municipal authorities to ensure all necessary documentation for permits is accurately processed.
  • Assist management in developing efficient business processes to enhance program delivery.
  • Organize follow-up meetings with clients as needed.
  • Maintain customer relationships by communicating updates on delivery commitments and suggesting relevant products.
  • Evaluate and address client inquiries regarding sales activities and support for external sales personnel.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to sales administrative protocols.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to provide necessary documentation and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor orders and respond to customer inquiries related to orders and products.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous.

Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
