Key Responsibilities- Assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and assistance.
- Facilitate and support various sales functions, including handling initial inquiries, generating leads, and preparing proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with clients to explore suitable financing options for their projects.
- Engage with municipal authorities to ensure all necessary documentation for permits is accurately processed.
- Assist management in developing efficient business processes to enhance program delivery.
- Organize follow-up meetings with clients as needed.
- Maintain customer relationships by communicating updates on delivery commitments and suggesting relevant products.
- Evaluate and address client inquiries regarding sales activities and support for external sales personnel.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to sales administrative protocols.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to provide necessary documentation and meet customer needs.
- Monitor orders and respond to customer inquiries related to orders and products.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous.
Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
