  • Utilizes financial analysis, industry experience, and market insights to initiate and evaluate the feasibility of corporate finance transactions.

  • Employs commercial acumen to assess economic risks and returns when considering corporate finance projects.
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in understanding the client's business and sector, providing both broad and specific insights for business enhancement.
  • Assembles the most suitable team to deliver exceptional multifunctional services to clients.
  • Ensures timely resolution of any professional, technical, or client service issues by engaging the appropriate resources.
  • Supervises a team of analysts and senior associates, responsible for executing transactions.
  • Champions new initiatives as directed by Senior Management.
  • Coordinates the activities of Analysts and interns.
  • Supports and drives business development and client service efforts.

  • Trains and mentors analysts and associates to enhance their performance potential.
  • Reviews assignment progress with senior management.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the financial services industry.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • SIE required unless an exemption or grandfathering applies.
