Key Responsibilities:

- Articulates regulatory, financial, and strategic complexities in a clear and relevant manner to support decision-makers in corporate finance endeavors.
- Employs commercial acumen to assess economic risks and returns when considering corporate finance projects.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in understanding the client's business and sector, providing both broad and specific insights for business enhancement.
- Assembles the most suitable team to deliver exceptional multifunctional services to clients.
- Ensures timely resolution of any professional, technical, or client service issues by engaging the appropriate resources.
- Supervises a team of analysts and senior associates, responsible for executing transactions.
- Champions new initiatives as directed by Senior Management.
- Coordinates the activities of Analysts and interns.
- Supports and drives business development and client service efforts.
- Attracts and retains high-quality bankers who contribute positively to the SBU and the organization.
- Originates innovative corporate finance concepts for clients and prospects, developing a specialized focus within the broader SBU.
- Produces accurate and factual information for client presentations.
- Executes mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions, including financial modeling and industry analysis.
- Trains and mentors analysts and associates to enhance their performance potential.
- Reviews assignment progress with senior management.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Advanced investment principles, practices, and procedures utilized in the financial services sector.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
Licenses/Certifications:
- SIE required unless an exemption or grandfathering applies.
- FINRA Series 7 or 79 License.
- FINRA Series 63 or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
